This page explains how to delete the data LoveMyAds holds about you, including any data we received from Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok when you connected those accounts.
Delete an individual item
Sign in, open the Library on your Dashboard, and click the trash icon on any generated image or video. The item and its underlying file are removed within 30 days.
Disconnect a social account
Open the Schedule tab on your Dashboard and click Disconnectnext to the network you want to remove. We immediately revoke and delete the OAuth tokens and any cached profile data for that account.
Delete your entire account
To permanently delete your LoveMyAds account and all associated data:
- Email info@loveltl.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account".
- We will confirm receipt within 2 business days.
- Your account, generated media, prompts, and social connection tokens are deleted within 30 days.
Facebook / Instagram data
If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account, you can also revoke LoveMyAds's access at any time from Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then remove "LoveMyAds". Doing so triggers a data deletion callback that removes the associated tokens and profile data from our systems within 30 days.
TikTok data
You can revoke LoveMyAds's access from TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and login → Manage app permissions, then remove "LoveMyAds".
