Our Story
Three generations, one kitchen
The Copper Skillet opened in 1998 with Grandma Rosa's recipes and twelve tables. Today her grandson Frank runs the kitchen — same recipes, same cast-iron skillets, same promise: nobody leaves hungry.
We buy from twelve local farms, bake our bread every morning, and treat every guest like they pulled up a chair in our own dining room.
