These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LoveMyAds, a service operated by Love LTL Logistics LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity right.
- Generate deceptive political content, misinformation, or deepfakes of real people without their consent.
- Interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
- Violate the platform policies of any connected social network, including the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, Instagram Community Guidelines, TikTok Developer Terms and Community Guidelines, LinkedIn API Terms of Use, X Developer Agreement and Policy, and YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
4. Content ownership
You retain all rights to the prompts you submit and the media you generate using the Service ("Your Content"). You grant LoveMyAds a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you, including transmitting it to social networks you connect.
5. AI-generated content
AI outputs may be inaccurate, offensive, or similar to existing works. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it. You must not present AI-generated media as authentic in contexts that would mislead viewers, and you must comply with each social platform's labeling requirements for synthetic media.
6. Connected social accounts
When you connect a third-party account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, or YouTube), you authorize LoveMyAds to act on your behalf strictly to publish content that you have created and scheduled in the Service. We will never post, message, follow, comment, or take any other action on your account without your explicit instruction. You may disconnect any account at any time from the Schedule page, which immediately revokes and deletes our stored access and refresh tokens for that account.
7. Fees
The Service may offer free and paid tiers. Paid features are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on 30 days' notice.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or expose us to legal risk. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOVEMYADS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email.
13. Website design services
The following terms apply to purchases of the Professional Website Package ($199 one-time):
- Payment: Full payment ($199) is required before production begins, payable by card at checkout.
- Scope: The package includes a custom-designed, mobile-friendly website of up to five standard pages, a contact/lead form, click-to-call button, social-media links, basic search-engine setup, domain connection assistance, and two rounds of revisions. Domain registration, hosting, IDX/listing-search systems, secure client-portal software, and paid third-party services are not included unless specifically stated.
- Timeline: The first version is delivered in approximately 3–5 business days after we receive your completed intake form and all required content. Timelines are estimates and depend on how quickly content is provided.
- Refunds: Because website design is custom work, your purchase becomes non-refundable once production has begun. Contact us before work starts if you need to cancel.
- Hosting & Maintenance Plan: Every website runs on our fully managed hosting and therefore requires the Website Hosting & Maintenance Plan ($39/month). Your first month is included free with the $199 package; billing begins 30 days after purchase and the plan can be canceled at any time. The plan covers hosting, routine backups, basic security monitoring, form testing, reasonable small text/photo updates, and general support. If the plan is canceled, the website will go offline; we will help you take your content with you.
- Your responsibilities: You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide (including licensing and brokerage information), for having rights to any images or logos you supply, and for your industry's compliance requirements. Clients of tax professionals must never submit Social Security numbers, tax documents, or banking information through standard website forms.
- Ownership: On final approval and launch, the completed website design and content we built for you are yours.
