This Privacy Policy explains how Love LTL Logistics LLC, doing business as LoveMyAds ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website and services (the "Service"). This page is maintained by LoveMyAds to answer common privacy questions about the Service.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: email address, business name, and authentication identifiers.
• Content you create: text prompts, generated images, generated videos, and any media you upload.
• Social connections: when you connect a social account, we store the OAuth access and refresh tokens and the minimum profile fields the platform returns. Specifically:
  • Facebook / Instagram (Meta): user ID, name, email, connected Facebook Page IDs and Instagram Business Account IDs. Permissions requested: public_profile, email, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish. Used solely to publish content you schedule and to display which account you are posting to.
  • TikTok: open ID, display name, avatar URL. Scopes: user.info.basic, video.publish, video.upload. Used to publish videos you schedule.
  • LinkedIn: member ID, name, profile picture, email. Scopes: openid, profile, email, w_member_social. Used to publish posts you schedule.
  • X (Twitter): user ID, username, name. Scopes: tweet.read, tweet.write, users.read, offline.access. Used to publish posts you schedule.
  • YouTube (Google): channel ID, channel name. Scope: youtube.upload. Used to publish videos you schedule.
• Usage data: log data, device/browser information, and timestamps of actions taken in the Service.
• Website customers: when you purchase a website package, we collect your intake-form answers (business details, services, branding preferences) and any logo or photo files you upload. This information is used solely to design and deliver your website. Never submit Social Security numbers, tax documents, or banking information through our forms — we actively reject submissions containing them.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the core Service (generating AI media, scheduling posts, and publishing to your connected accounts on your explicit instruction).
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To communicate service updates and respond to support requests.
• To improve the Service through aggregated, de-identified analytics.

We never post to a connected account without an explicit action you took in the Service (scheduling or requesting an immediate publish). We do not read your DMs, followers, or private analytics. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share data from one connected platform with any other platform, and we do not use data obtained from Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, or Google to train AI models.

3. Third-party services

We use the following subprocessors to deliver the Service:

• Lovable Cloud (hosting, authentication, database, and file storage).
• Lovable AI Gateway (text and image generation).
• Replicate (video generation).
• Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook Graph API, Instagram Graph API) — only when you connect those accounts.
• TikTok Ltd. (Content Posting API) — only when you connect a TikTok account.
• LinkedIn Corporation (Marketing / Share API) — only when you connect a LinkedIn account.
• X Corp. (X API v2) — only when you connect an X account.
• Google LLC (YouTube Data API v3) — only when you connect a YouTube channel.
• Stripe, Inc. (payment processing) — only if you subscribe to a paid plan.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data and generated media for as long as your account is active. When you delete an item, it is removed from the Service within 30 days. When you delete your account, all associated data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing the address below. If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using reasonable safeguards.
